At Pharmechanics we have often been asked about analyzing kinase inhibitor residence time experiments, in which inhibitor is applied, free inhibitor washed out, and dissociation of inhibitor measured by it’s ability to impede association of a tracer.
We developed a simple custom equation and loaded it into GraphPad Prism ready for you to use.
